On July 14, Myrnohrad and Lyman came under fire from the russian army, resulting in casualties and injuries. This was reported by the head of the Oblast Military Administration, Vadym Filashkin.
"In Myrnohrad, the russians hit an administrative building and an apartment block with a missile - killing one person and injuring six. According to preliminary information, two more people are trapped under the debris", - he wrote.
In Lyman, three people are reported injured, with at least one house and a café damaged.
"For the russians, every Ukrainian is a target. Do not put yourself in danger - evacuate!", - the OMA head urged.
