Kremlin political analyst Sergey Markov claimed the existence of the "Erdogan peace plan" in a post on Telegram.

"Supposedly, Turkish President Erdogan has now proposed another peace plan for Ukraine", - he acknowledged, implying potential skepticism about the plan.

According to Markov, the "Erdogan plan" includes an immediate ceasefire and a prisoner exchange of all for all. The russian political analyst believes these points are advantageous for Ukraine.

Russia would supposedly receive guarantees that Ukraine would not join NATO, and Ukraine's entry into the EU would be postponed until 2050.

Additionally, the hypothetical plan includes the demilitarization of Ukrainian territory in a wide strip along the russian border under the guarantees of Turkey and the EU. The annexed territories of Ukraine are referred to as "disputed", and their state affiliation is to be decided through referendums to be held within five years.

Special economic zones would be established around Odesa and Mykolaiv to restore the economy, according to the alleged proposal from Erdogan.

Markov points out that the plan "does not address the role of the US or the issues of denazification, demilitarization, and de-derussification".
