"It was not feasible to hold". Ukrainian military withdrew from the Kanal neighborhood in Chasiv Yar

The Armed Forces of Ukraine have retreated from the Kanal neighborhood in Chasiv Yar. This was reported by the spokesperson of the operational and strategic grouping of troops Khortytsia Nazar Voloshyn, on air of the national Ukrainian TV news marathon on July 4.

"It was not feasible to hold the Kanal neighborhood, which the enemy had entered, as it posed a threat to the lives and health of our servicemen. Our defenders' positions were destroyed. The command decided to withdraw to more protected, better-prepared positions", - said Voloshyn.

Earlier, it was reported that on June 27, the AFU had expelled the occupiers from the Kanal neighborhood in Chasiv Yar.
