The so-called "bank" of the "DPR" introduced money transfer service for physical persons in the occupied part of Donetsk region. It is reported o the website of the "bank".

"Money transfer for the benefit of another physical person is carried out within the Donetsk People's Republic in bank branches without opening an account. The bank commission is 1.5% of the amount and paid when making it," - said the statement.

Earlier, residents of the occupied territories complained in social networks, they have irretrievably lost their money when one of the schemes for transfers from Russia to settlements controlled by militants stopped.
