Peace Summit in Switzerland concluded: next steps explained by Ukrainian Presidential Office (PHOTO)

Following the inaugural Peace Summit held in Switzerland, Ukraine will take further steps to implement the points of the final communiqué signed by 80 countries and 4 organizations. This was announced on June 16 by Ihor Zhovkva, Deputy Head of the Presidential Office.

"The next steps involve holding thematic events on each point at the level of ministers and advisors. Several countries have already expressed readiness to organize these events. These countries include France, the Czech Republic, Turkey, Kenya, Saudi Arabia, the United States, Norway, Poland, Canada, Qatar, Chile, Finland, the Netherlands, Germany, and the United Kingdom", - he explained.

"Following these events, we will move towards a second summit, which should lay the foundation for a lasting and just peace", - Zhovkva noted.





As previously reported, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky mentioned that discussions are underway regarding holding the second Global Peace Summit in Saudi Arabia.
