Russian dictator vladimir putin has fantasized new conditions to start negotiations with Ukraine. Such statements from the kremlin leader are an ultimatum. This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in an interview with Sky TG24, as reported by RBC-Ukraine.

"What can I say? These messages are ultimatums, they are no different from the other ultimatums he has issued before", - the President emphasized.

The head of the Ukrainian state stated that the actions of the kremlin leader are aimed at the revival of nazism.

"This is a new wave of this Nazism, russian Nazism. He wants us not only to give up part of our temporarily occupied territories but also those that are not occupied", - Zelensky added.

The President noted that there will be no frozen conflict with russia.

As reported earlier, russian dictator putin said he would be ready for negotiations with Kyiv if the Ukrainian authorities renounced joining NATO and if the Armed Forces of Ukraine withdrew from the territories of the so-called "DNR" and "LNR", as well as Zaporizhzhia and Kherson oblasts.
