One person was killed and three were injured on May 27 as the police in the Donetsk oblast documented the consequences of the latest russian shelling. The regional police reported this on Telegram on May 28.
"The enemy army carried out 2,358 strikes on the region. Nine settlements were under russian fire: the cities of Kostiantynivka, Kurakhove, Lyman, Chasiv Yar, and the villages of Verkhniokamianske, Kalynivka, Molocharka, Novoselydivka, and Tarasivka. Thirty civilian objects were damaged—17 residential buildings, educational institutions, administrative buildings, enterprises, vehicles, and critical infrastructure. Lyman sustained six strikes. The occupiers dropped four bombs on the city and also shelled it with the Smerch multiple launch rocket system. Two civilians were injured, and four apartment buildings, educational institutions, an administrative building, and critical infrastructure were damaged", - the report states.
"In Kalynivka, russians struck a private house with an FPV drone, killing a civilian. A resident of Verkhniokamianske was also injured in the drone attack. The enemy directed two UPMB D-30SM guided bombs at Kostiantynivka, damaging three apartment buildings, three private houses, an enterprise, an administrative building, and a civilian vehicle. Russian forces released a KAB-250 bomb on Tarasivka, damaging five private houses", - the police noted.
