A day of mourning for those killed in the airstrikes carried out by the russian armed forces on May 25 at the "Epicenter" construction hypermarket has been declared in Kharkiv on May 27. This was stated in an order signed by the city's mayor, Ihor Terekhov.
"As a sign of mourning for those who died on May 25 as a result of the enemy strike on a civilian infrastructure facility, the State flag with a black ribbon will be lowered on the buildings and structures of local government, enterprises, institutions, and organizations. Additionally, entertainment music will be banned in markets, shopping establishments, catering facilities, and so on", - said the city council's press service statement.
It is reported that the shelling of the "Epicenter" construction hypermarket in Kharkiv by the russian army resulted in the death of 14 people and injuries to 44 others.
