According to russian social media channels, a nighttime rocket attack on the occupied Crimea on May 16 resulted in the deaths of 20 russian soldiers and the destruction of several air defense installations.
At the same time, the so-called "governor" of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhaev, reported on Telegram after midnight that on the northern side of the city, "two private houses and a car were damaged by missile fragments".
Razvozhaev stated that six windows were damaged in another house due to the explosive force.
"No one was injured. That's the main thing. The type of downed missiles is being determined. Currently, no unexploded ordnance has been found", - reassured the "governor".
He quoted a message from the russian Ministry of Defense, according to which "five tactical missiles" were shot down over the territory of Crimea around 11:00 p.m. on May 15th.
