Mayor of Dnipro Borys Filatov announced the mourning in the city due to the rashist rocket attack on a huge multi-entrance residential building on Vokzalna Street. He also explained that the russians hit with a Kh-22 missile, which is designed to destroy aircraft carriers, and said that "miraculously the number of casualties is not measured in dozens". He writes about this in his Telegram channel on April 19.

"Dear Dnipro residents, I inform you that by the order of the city head, mourning is declared in Dnipro tomorrow", - he writes.

According to updated information, 7 people were killed, including 2 children. 26 people were injured, including 1 child.

"I will briefly explain what happened and why we are at war with a terrorist state and military criminals. These degenerates once again hit a residential building with a Kh-22 missile. A weapon designed to destroy aircraft carriers. This missile has an inertial guidance system and selects a large target in the open ocean. When a squadron of warships is present, it seeks the largest target - namely, an aircraft carrier. Therefore, the last time the Kh-22 hit a huge building at 118 Peremohy Street, as well as the Amstor shopping center in Kremenchuk. In any case, using such missiles to shell cities and residential areas is a deliberate war crime", - noted Filatov.

"It is literally a miracle that the number of casualties is not measured in dozens, like the time when they killed 46 people in Dnipro, but is relatively small. But for every person killed and maimed by russia, there will be fair retribution", - promised the mayor of the city.

The State Emergency Service also reported that the elimination of the consequences of the russian attack continues in the Dnipropetrovsk oblast.

"10 psychologists from the State Emergency Service are working at the sites. They help and support the residents. In total, 63 people received psychological assistance", - the message says.
