"Four dead at the scene of a repeated strike on residential buildings in a densely populated area of Kharkiv. There are also five wounded there. In another area of the city, we have one dead, with a strike hitting a private sector", - Terekhov wrote at 3:02 a.m.

It is specified that three of the dead at the scene of the repeated strike and one wounded are employees of the State Emergency Service who arrived to eliminate the consequences of the shelling of residential buildings. State Emergency Service equipment was also damaged.

According to the mayor's messages, the strikes occurred after one o'clock in the morning - both on private houses and multi-story buildings.

A fire broke out at one of the strike sites. In another location, slabs of a residential building collapsed.

"In some areas of Kharkiv, there may be power outages. All emergency and utility services, as well as volunteers, are working at the strike sites", - Terekhov also wrote.

Earlier, it was reported that the "double strikes" by the russians are aimed at killing those who arrived to provide assistance: police officers, rescuers, and doctors.
