35 military doctors died in Donbass since the beginning of the ATO – President

35 military medical personnel were killed during the ATO in Donbass. It was stated by President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko when congratulating doctors on their professional holiday, - reports his spokesman Svyatoslav Tsegolko on Twitter.

"Ukraine has lost 35 military medical personnel. But due to their sacrifice, they could help more than 8 thousand of our soldiers," - he wrote.

According to Poroshenko, 2,5 thousand military doctors work at the front, 197 of them were awarded for courage and heroism.

"Together with the families of military we bow low to the military doctors for sharp wit, gifted hands and a big heart. Thank you for your work.!", - President said.
