Kyivstar reports another service outage

Mobile operator Kyivstar has announced a service disruption, resulting in the unavailability of certain services for subscribers in the western and southern regions of Ukraine. The company made this announcement in a Facebook post on December 20.

"Dear subscribers, we are aware that there are currently difficulties with voice communication and the operation of the mobile application in several cities in the west and south of Ukraine. Company specialists are working to restore services", - the message said.

As previously reported, on December 12, Kyivstar subscribers complained about a communication failure. Later, the company stated that it was the result of a powerful hacker attack and assured that the personal data of subscribers was not compromised.
