The OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Sweden Ann Linde, together with the Ukrainian delegation, was on a visit to the Luhansk oblast on January 20. This is reported by the Ministry of Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine.

According to the report, Ann Linde visited the checkpoint in Zolote within the framework of the visit, where an offsite meeting of Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksii Reznikov with chairman of the Luhansk civil-military administration Serhiy Haidai and the Donetsk civil-military administration Pavlo Kyrylenko was held.

Mrs. Ann Linde marked the work of Ukraine in the context of the implementation of agreements of the Normandy Four and the consultations in the TCG, stated Ukraine's desire to end the war and expressed support for the sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity of Ukraine within internationally recognized borders, including the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, - the message notes.

As part of the offsite meeting, Oleksii Reznikov discussed with the heads of the Donetsk and Luhansk civil-military administrations plans to open multifunctional service centers at the checkpoint in Zolote, as well as at the other checkpoints in the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts by analogy with the Shchastya and Novotroitske checkpoints, where the Centres for the Delivery of Administrative Services (CDAS), bank branches, a post office, a related goods store, a pharmacy and a first-aid post, a mother-and-child room and the like are located.

It is noted that such service centers will be open at all checkpoints on the line of contact and the administrative border with the Autonomous Republic of Crimea by the end of the year.

At the same time, it is emphasized that the work of the checkpoint is still blocked by the armed formations of the Russian Federation and the occupation regimes controlled by Russia.

Ann Linde met with chairman of the Donetsk civil-military administration Pavlo Kyrylenko and chairman of the Luhansk civil-military administration Serhiy Haidai. They discussed issues of a social and humanitarian nature, as well as economic development and investment. In addition, Mrs. Ann Linde was interested in the observance of the ceasefire by the occupation regimes controlled by the Russian Federation, namely, in the number of attacks.

During a meeting with the military, Ann Linde discussed security issues, including within the framework of work of the relevant working Trilateral Contact Group.

During the visit, the head of the OSCE also met with the staff of the Mission of the International Committee of the Red Cross and representatives of non-governmental organizations, - the report says.
