Situation in the area of the Joint Forces Operation on November 25 was controlled by Ukrainian defenders, - the JFO headquarters reported. No enemy shots were recorded in the zones of responsibility of our North and East tactical forces during the day. The ceasefire along the contact line was fully maintained.

The "DNR" occupiers admitted the diagnosis of COVID-19 in another 164 people over the past day. This was reported by the fake "DNR Ministry of Health". In addition, 16 more deaths were registered over the day - men aged 40 to 67 and women aged 43 to 92 died. In total, there are 10168 confirmed cases of COVID-19 infection and 941 deaths in the occupied Donetsk region as of November 25. Thus, the mortality rate in the occupied territories increased to 9.25%, which is several times higher than that in the free territory of Ukraine. 115 cases of pneumonia were also detected over the day, which the occupiers do not want to associate with coronavirus. This is 36 cases more than over the past day. Of these, the patients were hospitalized in 84 cases. A total of 1637 patients with "usual" pneumonia are undergoing treatment, of which 485 are on oxygen support (+28 over the day).

There is a shortage of "oxygen" beds for patients with covid pneumonia, a shortage of drugs and doctors in the occupied Donetsk region. Russian Komsomolskaya Pravda wrote about the problems of treating patients with COVID-19 in CADO. So, according to the "Ministry of Health of the DNR", there are only 416 beds equipped with oxygen delivery in hospitals and 495 patients in need of oxygen support (plus 24 over the day). The main hospital base of the "DNR" for patients with covid pneumonia - central city clinical hospital No.1 of the occupied Donetsk - is 98% loaded. There is an acute shortage of personnel now in all hospitals of the "republic". For example, there is only one doctor for 23 patients in city hospital No.2 of the occupied Makiivka, where four departments were redesigned to provide care to patients with covid pneumonia. "Many doctors have undergone retraining courses: ophthalmologists, gynecologists, obstetricians and doctors of all directions and specialties accept patients with a diagnosis of COVID-19 in hospital bases in order to remove the maximum load from resuscitation doctors, anesthesiologists and infectious disease specialists", - calling himself "Acting Minister of Health of the DNR" Alexander Oprishchenko admitted. The general practitioners at the polyclinics cannot serve everyone who needs medical help. If back in the spring, they had 10-15 house-calls to patients over the day, today there are about 80.

Occupation authorities of the "LNR" cannot complete the construction of the Shchastya checkpoint, the opening of which was scheduled for early November. This was said in the report of the OSCE SMM. It noted that near the Shchastya checkpoint, "the SMM saw 16 workers using heavy equipment to erect metal steps for a public lavatory, they welded and erected metal poles around generators, marked the asphalt up and prepare metal poles for installation around the well". At the same time, despite the obvious unreadiness of infrastructure of the Shchastya checkpoint to resume the passage of citizens across the contact line from the occupied part of the Luhansk oblast, puppet leadership of the "LNR" continues to accuse the Ukrainian side of refusing to open the checkpoint.

Occupation authorities of the "DNR" recognized a number of Ukrainian books as "extremist". This was said in the message of the so-called "supreme court". It was this fake agency that recognized four Ukrainian publications as "extremist" and banned their distribution. According to the "court" version, the banned publications "contain information aimed at inciting ethnic hatred, justifying the superiority and exclusivity of Ukrainians and the Ukrainian language". The list of books banned by the occupiers includes works by members of the OUN-UPA Yuriy Borts and Mykhailo Ivanchenko, as well as of famous Ukrainian writer Oksana Zabuzhko. In particular, this refers to the seminal book dedicated to the Orange Revolution "Let my people go: 15 texts about the Ukrainian revolution". Libraries have been instructed to "move banned publications from open to restricted stock".

In connection with an accident at the water pipeline, the Luhanskvoda enterprise, controlled by the "LNR" militants, cut the water supply to Antratsyt, Khrustalny (Krasnyi Luch), Petrovske and Perevalsk and cut off the water supply to Sukhodilsk. This was said in the report of the so-called "Ministry of Emergency Situations of the LNR". As a result of the accident, the water supply to Antratsyt and Khrustalny was reduced by 60% and to Petrovske and Perevalsk - by 70%.

A teenager broke both legs and an arm when he fell from an ice-covered bridge in occupied Antratsyt. This was said in the report of the so-called "Ministry of Emergency Situations of the LNR". "The teenager fell from the -covered bridge from a height of about eight meters, practically onto the railroad track. He was not protected by a fence made of reinforced concrete blocks, since there is spacing between them", - the "Emergencies Ministry" reported. The boy was seen by a woman passing by, who called an ambulance. The doctors themselves could not bring the victim to the car due to difficult weather conditions, they had to call the "Ministry of Emergency Situations". The teenager is in the intensive care unit, he got operated, his condition is stable.
