Occupiers oblige all those receiving "passports" of fake "DNR" to have their fingerprints taken

The occupation authorities have obliged all those who receive "passports" of the fake "DNR" to have their fingerprints taken. This decision was made by the so-called "people's council".

The "deputies" obliged all those who received fake "passports" to undergo fingerprinting.

It is revealing that the "passport" itself is not biometric, therefore, the provision of fingerprints is the way of control over the residents of the occupied part of Donetsk oblast.

The occupiers call this procedure "mandatory state fingerprint registration".

Alongside the obligatory provision of fingerprints by applicants for the "republican passports," leader of the "DNR" Denis Pushilin simplified a procedure of receiving fake documents by his "decree". Now even persons under the age of 18 and not registered in the occupied territory of Donetsk oblast will be able to receive them.

As previously reported, the "DNR" occupation authorities started issuing "republican" passports in 2016. According to the latest reports, over half a million people have received it. Residents of CADLO report numerous facts of coercion to obtain this fake "document".
