President Volodymyr Zelensky has told what issues he was going to raise during the Normandy format meeting, which will be held in Paris on December 9. He said this in Stanytsia Luhanska today, - correspondent of OstroV reports.

"It is important that we agree on the final deadlines for the return of all Ukrainian prisoners", - he said.

Zelensky also stated that he planed to discuss a complete ceasefire.

"No fake ceasefire, no fake "bread" truce… A serious truce and a serious ceasefire, so that there is no shelling. With clear terms and responsibilities", - he added.

According to the president, the third issue is transfer of control over the border to Ukraine.

"And the fourth question, I think it is one of the most difficult, because it consists of several components, is the possibility of holding local elections on the territory of Ukraine, and not on the temporarily occupied territory", - Volodymyr Zelensky said.
