SBI sends draft charge papers to PGOU on suspicion of Poroshenko and bringing him to criminal responsibility

Investigators of the central apparatus of the State Bureau of Investigation have sent draft charge papers to the fifth president of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko to the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine, - the SBI press service reports.

"The draft charge papers were prepared and sent to the prosecutor's office as part of a pre-trial investigation of criminal proceedings regarding the possible unlawful influence on the competition for the selection of candidates for the appointment of members of the High Council of Justice in March-May 2019. The document refers to the suspicion of the fifth president of Ukraine in criminal crimes provided for by part 3 of article 109 and part 2 of article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine", - the report said.

In addition, the SBI investigators sent to the prosecutor's office a draft submission to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on consent to prosecute the fifth president of Ukraine, who is current people's deputy of Ukraine.
