Against the backdrop of absurd accusations of Ukraine’s involvement in the Krokus City Hall terrorist attack, the russian foreign ministry has demanded that Kyiv arrest and extradite the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) Chief Vasyl Maliuk. This was stated in a message from the russian foreign policy department.

Once again, it baselessly asserts that "investigative actions conducted by competent russian authorities indicate" that it is Ukraine behind the shooting of civilians in the moscow oblast. Additionally, the russian foreign ministry links Ukraine to the assassination of Daria Dugina, Vladlen Tatarsky, the injury of Zakhar Prilepin, the undermining of the Crimean Bridge, and other "crimes" from the perspective of the aggressor country.

"In this regard, the Russian Foreign Ministry has conveyed to the Ukrainian authorities demands within the framework of the International Convention for the Suppression of Terrorist Bombings and the International Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism for the immediate arrest and extradition of all individuals involved in these terrorist acts", - the ministry's statement said.

Among those implicated in russia are primarily the head of the SBU, V. Maliuk, who "cynically admitted on March 25th to Ukraine's organization of the Crimean Bridge explosion in October 2022 and revealed details of the organization of other terrorist acts in the Russian Federation".

As previously reported, russia easily disregards all international norms and conventions, and for over two years has been carrying out overt aggression against Ukraine, killing civilians and destroying its cities and civilian infrastructure.
